Learning a trade from scratch

The training workshop set up in 2020 offers the ideal setting for sound and practical training. Isolated from the daily production routine, trainees can develop their craftsmanship skills and try out working with a wide range of materials.

Modern equipment for first-class training
State-of-the-art machines and workstations are available in the training workshop - including, for example, an edge banding machine and a CNC milling machine. Each of the 12 apprentices, who are trained over all three years, has their own tools and a personal tool cabinet. This allows them to work individually and independently.

Support from experienced professionals
Instructor André Böckel has extensive specialist knowledge - from furniture construction and door production to custom-made products. He accompanies the trainees on their way and not only imparts technical know-how, but also valuable practical experience. There is also a close exchange with the vocational school to ensure that theory and practice are optimally dovetailed.

First insights through an internship
An internship offers the opportunity to get to know the training workshop and everyday training. This allows you to gain your first experience of working with wood, machines and technology.
