Burglar-resistant doors

Tough, burglar-resistant doors: stopping intruders

In essence, burglar resistance is about safeguarding spaces from unauthorised access and forced entry. With entrance or front doors, these features protect residential buildings. In other scenarios, they bolster security in sensitive areas, such as storage rooms for medicines or hazardous goods.

Burglar-resistant doors from neuform are designed to withstand an intruder’s attempts to break in using physical force or tools for as long as possible. The decisive factors are the perpetrator’s tools, working method and intensity.

Robust neuform burglar-resistant doors are categorised as class RC 2 or RC 3, depending on their intrusion-prevention properties. They comprise, at minimum, a highly robust door leaf, an exceptionally strong frame, security locks and reinforced hardware. The result reliably and effectively stops both opportunists and more experienced offenders.
