SONOR-VENTI
The patented door solution combining sound insulation and ventilation
SONOR-VENTI is a pioneering product that unites sound insulation and ventilation in a single door leaf. This opens up entirely new possibilities for architects and developers, as they no longer have to choose between the two functions. It is therefore possible to easily and effectively create rooms with both features. There are a variety of models available, and the design of the ventilation openings can be tailored to individual tastes. As a result, SONOR-VENTI is extremely versatile in terms of look and feel.
SONOR-VENTI doors are based on a design principle that is simple yet smart: Vertical channels in the middle layer of the door allow unrestricted air flow. Sound waves, by contrast, are forced to change direction multiple times within the channels, attenuating to almost nothing. Sound is only propagated via the surface area of the door leaf.

AIR RESISTANCE TESTING
i.f.t. Rosenheim measured air resistance in accordance with DIN EN 42 and obtained very low values approximately comparable with those of a conventional ventilation grille.
